1. Introduction:
The “Hydrolite” ZGC 258FD is a sort of cation exchange resin that has carboxylic acid group (-COOH) in the acrylic acid copolymer with macroporous structure. It is used mainly to water softening, dealkalizing of drinking water in food industry, especially remove bicarbonate and carbonate and other basic salt species, as well as recover and treat waste water which contains zinc and nickel, separate and purify biochemical medicine and so on.
