PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ZGNR 8715 is a ready-to-use mixed resin consisting of a strongly acidic and strongly basic (Type 1) gel cation and anion exchange resin. Both components are highly reduced and specially purified to meet the requirements of the semiconductor industry. ZGNR8715 has low TOC release and low ion consumption for single-use applications. ZGNR8715
is adjusted to match the total capacity of the ZGCNR50 and ZGANR170 components in a 1:1.5 ratio. ZGNR 8715 is a ready-to-use mixed resin .
It is suitable for the preparation of ultra-high purity water and the latest non-processing finishing ultra-purified water polishers in the semiconductor industry. It has a higher exchange capacity and excellent anti-osmotic stability. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
