Description

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONZGER8715 is a ready-to-use mixed resin consisting of a strongly acidic and strongly basic (Type 1) cation- and anion-exchange gel. Both components are highly recovered and specially purified to meet semiconductor industry specifications. ZGER8715 delivers low TOC emissions and low ion leachate for single-use applications. ZGER8715 is configured to match the total capacity of ZGCER50 and ZGAER170 components at a 1:1.5 equivalent ratio.

APPLICATION

ZGER8715 is a ready-to-use, mixed resin. It is suitable for preparing ultrapure water and for the latest non-regenerated, ultrapure aqueous polishing systems in the semiconductor industry. It has a high exchange capacity and excellent antiosmotic resistance.
