ZG BSH Color-changeable cationic resin material with indicator

• Description

Hydrolite ZG BSH is a cationic resin with an indicator that reacts with cations in water, producing a visible color change. The regeneration type of this resin is yellow; when it becomes unusable, the color changes to red, and the color difference is very noticeable.

The ZG BSH resin exchanger is primarily used to test the cationic conductivity of feedwater from a mixed steam and condensate column. The color-changing resin fills a transparent exchange column with a diameter of less than 50 mm. The resin converts trace minerals in the water into acid, improving the accuracy of cation testing. During this process, when the resin becomes unusable, its color changes to red, allowing the column’s operating status to be verified through this color change.

ZG BSH color-changeable resin material can be used together with ZG BSY color-changeable anionic resin material (or strong basic anionic resin material), filling the transparent mixed exchange column as a mixed resin with an indicator, mainly for testing the internal cooling of the ceutical industry.
