The technical basis for oil removal using exchange resins is to utilize the lipophilic and hydrophobic properties of specialized high-temperature exchange resins to separate emulsified oil molecules from oil-soluble molecules, simultaneously removing the oil. Installing an exchange filter on the oil removal equipment allows the exchange resin to collect oil molecules from water and adsorb them onto the resin surface. When the oil adsorption reaches its limit, the collected oil naturally separates as an oil group, which then enters the oil-water separation section of the machine.
