ZGNR 8415 Mixed-type nuclear resin

Description

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONZGNR 8415 is a premixed mixture consisting of a strongly acidic and strongly basic (Type 1) cation and anion exchange gel. Both components are highly reduced and specially purified to meet the requirements of the semiconductor industry. ZGNR 8415 has low TOC and low ion leakage for single-use applications. ZGNR 8415 is adjusted to match the total capacity of the ZGCNR50 and ZGANR140 components in a 1:1.5 ratio.

APPLICATION

ZGNR 8415 is a ready-to-use mixture suitable for the preparation of ultrapure water and the latest non-regenerative Polish ultrapure waters in the semiconductor industry. It has high exchange capacity and excellent osmotic stability.
