ZGER8410 Electronic Mixed Resin

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ZGER8410 is a ready-to-use mixed resin consisting of a strongly acidic and strongly basic (Type 1) gel-type cation and anion exchanger. Both components are highly recycled and specially purified to meet the requirements of the semiconductor industry. ZGER8410 features low total organic carbon (TOC) and low ion leachability for single-use applications.

The ZGER8410 is balanced to match the total capacitance of the ZGCER50 and ZGAER140 components in a 1:1 equivalent ratio.

APPLICATION

ZGER8410 is a ready-to-use blended resin. It is suitable for producing ultrapure water and the latest non-regenerative finishing systems for ultrapure water in the semiconductor industry. It has high ion-exchange capacity and excellent osmotic stability.
