1. Description
Hydrorlite ZGD851 resin is a chelating resin containing a weakly acidic imine-diacetoxy group [-CH2N- ( CH2OOH ) 2 ] in a styrene-diethenic benzene copolymer with a macroporous structure. This product is capable of fixing and chelating one or more cations over a wide range, even in solutions with high concentrations. Its primary application is the separation and recovery of precious metal ions, particularly in secondary purification of brine when the strontium content is equal to or greater than the calcium content during the production of an alkaline product using an ion-exchange membrane.
