ZGD180 Macroporous strongly acidic cation exchange resin

ZGD180 – is a high-quality, macroporous, strongly acidic cation exchange resin available in sodium (Na) or hydrogen (H) form. It is a copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene with a sulfonic acid exchange group. Its unique structure ensures high working capacity and excellent chemical and physical stability. It is primarily used for the production of pure water, ultrapure water, and condensate polishing. It can also be used for wastewater treatment and heavy metal removal.

APPLICATION

ZGD180 macroporous, strongly acidic resin is suitable for all types of water treatment, including softening, desalination, and wastewater treatment. It has a longer service life when treating aggressive waters such as condensate, chlorinated water, and water with high temperatures or low/high flow rates.

ZGD180 is used in conjunction with a weakly acidic cation exchange resin in a cationic two-component bed for the treatment of pure and ultrapure water.

Due to its macroporous structure, high kinetics, large surface area, and corresponding porosity, ZGD180 is used as a catalyst in many chemical processes.
