1. Description:

Hydrolite ZGC 102SC is a strongly acidic cation exchange resin from the styrene resin series, containing a sulfonic group (-SO3H ₎ in a styrene-diethylenebenzene copolymer. This strongly acidic cation exchange resin, along with weakly acidic cation exchange resins, is used to produce pure and ultrapure water in systems with two cation filters. Because the density and particle size distribution of the strongly acidic and weakly acidic resins differ significantly, the hydrodynamic properties of the resins differ, and the distribution effect is pronounced.
