ZGBK101 Strong acid cation resin

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ZGBK101 is a strong, acidic, black cation resin. It can be used as a replacement for ZGC107MB and in combination with ZGA307MB anion resin for mixed systems. Its characteristics are as follows:

APPLICATION

ZGBK101 has a high working capacity and low pressure drop, making it widely used in water purification. It is suitable for all types of water treatment, including deionization, demineralization, condensate polishing, and the preparation of pure and ultrapure water. The working capacity of the resin in the sodium cycle depends on the amount and concentration of the reducing agent, the total hardness of the water being treated, its sodium content, and the flow rate of the water through the column. The resin is widely used in multi- and mixed-bed demineralization systems with strong-base anion exchangers, where it exhibits good hydraulic characteristics, dynamic properties, and physical stability.

ZGBK101 exhibits excellent chemical and physical stability, and is resistant to degradation, mechanical, and osmotic loads. It can be used in hydrometallurgy for the recovery of metal cations.
