PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONZGA352FC is a polystyrene-based, macroporous, strongly basic, type II anion exchange resin. It has a unique pore structure that removes large molecules while maintaining high ion removal capacity. It provides improved regeneration efficiency and higher capacity due to its low basicity. ZGA352FC is primarily used for clean water treatment, particularly for feedwater with high mineral content.

RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS
● Demineralization The performance of an ion-exchange resin also depends on the nature of the functional group, whether the polymer matrix is gel- or macroporous. The macroporous structure gives the robust ZGA352 base resin increased resistance to organic fouling and greater physical stability. It is typically used in multi- and mixed-bed deionization systems, where its enormous operating capacity is best utilized. In mixed-bed systems, both cations and anthions are combined in a single unit to produce pure water. The ZGA352 series is particularly suitable for producing pure or ultrapure water in dual-bed, twin-bed, and mixed-bed systems. It is suitable for treating influent water with high ion content. ● Bleaching ZGA352, with its macroporous structure, offers high resistance to organic contaminants and higher regeneration efficiency. This resin is often used for color removal and organic matter removal. It produces higher-quality water with lower TOC values, especially for feedwater with higher salt content and lower TOC. In some applications that also require water with low taste and odor, such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food processing, and humidification, Type II resin is chosen because of its lower odor. ZGA352 is commonly used for decolorizing cane sugar and corn syrup, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry. It can be used to separate and purify biochemicals and antibiotics from fermentation broth. ● Another program ZGA352 can be used in the chloride cycle to reduce nitrates. In its sulfite form, it can be used to remove oxygen from demineralized distilled water.
