PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONZGA307 is a standard, strong-base, type I gel resin based on the cation exchange of ammonium groups with a styrene-divinyl acetate copolymer. It offers both high working capacity and the ability to achieve low residual silica levels. ZGA307 anion exchange resin is designed for use in all types of demineralization systems and chemical processes. It is typically used for clean water treatment, wastewater treatment, and the separation of biochemical compounds.
It is supplied in the chloride or hydroxide form. The ZGA307 series contains four products: ZGA307 for general use; ZGA307SF for double-compartment, double-deck, and floating systems; ZGA 307FC for double-compartment and floating systems; ZGA 307MB for mixed systems; and ZGA 307-II for the uranium recovery industry. CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES ● MICROSCOPIC PARTICLE SIZE 95% of all pellets are within the specified range, resulting in reduced pressure drop and improved kinetics. ● SUPERIOR PHYSICAL STABILITY More than 93% sphericity combined with high compressive strength values and uniform particle size provide higher resistance to granule breakage due to mechanical, thermal or osmotic loads. ● HIGH TOTAL CAPACITY The high total capacity of ZGA307 provides large working capacity when in use.
