Description of ZG MPXF-12N:
ZGMPXF-12N is a resin blended with powdered cationic resin (in the form of NH4+), powdered anionic resin (OH-), and inert fiber. Its primary purpose is to treat condensate, outperforming deep-bed systems. Thanks to its rapid ion exchange rate, even a thin resin layer can ensure the expected water quality and effectively remove significant amounts of colloidal impurities (such as corrosion products) and insoluble silica.
Powdered cationic and anionic resins are mixed in varying proportions and applied to the filling material, resulting in the required condensate quality with optimal efficiency and safety.
We recommend using mixed powder resin for condensate cleaning during turbine commissioning to quickly remove impurities, reducing start-up costs.
