1. Description of ZG MPXF-12H:
ZGMPXF-12H is a resin composed of powdered cationic resin (in the H + form ), powdered anionic resin (OH- ) , and inert fiber. It is primarily used for polishing condensate and is more effective in deep-bed systems. Thanks to the high ion exchange rate and thin resin layer, the desired water quality can be achieved and significant amounts of colloidal impurities (such as corrosion products) and insoluble silica can be effectively removed.
Powdered cationic and powdered anionic resins, mixed in varying proportions, coat the filler material, ensuring the required condensate quality at an optimal level and ensuring safety.
We recommend using powdered mixed bead resin during turbine commissioning, as it quickly removes impurities from the condensate, thereby reducing start-up costs.
