Description

1. Description:ZGM PXF-15H is a resin blended with a powdered cationic resin (H ⁺ form), a powdered anionic resin (OH- ⁾ , and an inert fiber. It is primarily used for polishing condensate, which is more effective than a deep-bed system. Due to its high ion exchange rate, a thin resin layer can ensure the expected water quality and effectively remove significant amounts of colloidal impurities (such as corrosion products) and insoluble silicic acid.
Powdered cationic and anionic resins, mixed in varying proportions and applied to a filler, ensure the required condensate quality with optimal parameters and safety.
We recommend using a powdered mixed bead resin during turbine commissioning to quickly remove impurities from the condensate, reducing commissioning costs.
