ZG A 398 specific macroporous copolymer of styrene and DVB with quark ammonium radical [-N(CH3)3OH] anion exchange resin

Zheng Guang brand ZG A 398 is a specific macroporous copolymer with a cationic ammonium radical [-N(CH3 ₎ 3OH _] anion exchange resin. It has a specific cellular structure and a large surface area, allowing it to adsorb large hepatic molecules and exhibit high resistance to organic contamination.

1: RESIN CHARACTERISTICS

Zheng Guang brand ZG A 398 (Cl type) strong basic anion exchange resin has the following advantages:

1. Strong adsorption of hepatrome molecules. By adsorbing the same number of hepatrome molecules, the mass of resin used is smaller.

2. Pre-treatment before use is very simple, saving money. Rinse new resin three times with clean water and leave it in clean water at 25~30°C overnight. The next day, rinse and filter the resin several times. After this, it is ready for use.

3. The resin has a stronger ability to combat organic pollution, making post-use treatment not only simple but also convenient. Surface contamination is removed with clean water, after which the resin is marinated in an alkaline solution (8% NaOH + 20% NaCl) twice its weight (resin weight) for two hours at 40~50°C with constant stirring. Then, rinse with clean water (pH 7) and filter. After this, the resin is ready for use.

2: STORAGE

The resin should be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight. Do not rip the packaging to prevent water loss. If the resin has lost water, gradually add a saturated salt solution and marinate for several hours, then gradually dilute with water to prevent damage.

3: USE AND STORAGE TEMPERATURE

The temperature should not exceed 60℃. Store at 0~25°C. If the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the resin should be stored in a saturated salt solution.
