Beide componenten zijn zeer goed teruggewonnen en speciaal gezuiverd om te voldoen aan de specificaties van de halfgeleiderindustrie. ZGER8715 levert een lage TOC-emissie en een laag ionenuitloogwater voor toepassingen voor eenmalig gebruik.
