Werkingsprincipe<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fluorine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Fluor<\/span><\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> is een sporenelement dat in de natuur in grote hoeveelheden voorkomt, in veel voorkomende mineralen zoals fluoriet, fluorapatiet, kristalsteen, mica, calciumcarbide, enz. De concentratie van fluorhoudende mineralen wordt een hoog fluoridegebied genoemd. Wanneer water door een laag met een hoog fluoridegehalte stroomt, lost fluor op en komt het in water voor als vormen van F-, HF- en HF-2. Industri\u00eble verontreiniging is een andere bron van fluor in de natuur, zoals aluminium en fosfaatmeststoffen. Bovendien zorgt steenkoolverbranding ervoor dat fluoride in het milieu vrijkomt en het fluorgehalte in water en lucht toeneemt. Het fluorgehalte in natuurlijk water kan in sommige gebieden van ons land oplopen tot enkele mg\/l, zelfs tientallen mg\/l. Onderzoek naar de toxicologie van het fluorelement geeft aan dat het tandfluorose veroorzaakt wanneer de F-concentratie 115 mg\/l bereikt. Het veroorzaakt botfluoride en schade aan zenuwweefsel en skeletspieren. Wanneer de F-concentratie 415 mg\/l bereikt, verlaagt het de activiteit van het enzymsysteem en belemmert het de botvorming. Ander onderzoek toont ook aan dat overmatige inname van fluor kan leiden tot kanker, zoals mondkanker en borstkanker. De verontreiniging van fluor in water en de manier waarop het verwijderd kan worden, vormen dan ook een groot probleem. Tot nu toe zijn coagulatie, adsorptie en membraantechnologie de methoden om fluor te verwijderen. Deze hebben echter allemaal de nadelen van een slechte waterkwaliteit na behandeling, een geringe capaciteit om fluor te verwijderen en hoge kosten. De chemische co\u00f6rdinatie van AL3+ en F- kan echter worden benut door aminocarbonzuurchelerende hars (functionele groep \u2014CH2\u2014N(CH2COOH)2) te gebruiken om het fluorgehalte van AL3+ te verlagen tot 2~60 ml\/l.
