Se puede utilizar en aplicaciones como ablandamiento de agua, desalcalinizaci\u00f3n, desmineralizaci\u00f3n y tratamiento qu\u00edmico. Es ideal para ablandar agua con altos TDS y para aplicaciones especiales como el tratamiento de soluciones org\u00e1nicas acuosas y la separaci\u00f3n selectiva de cationes de metales pesados. Se puede utilizar para el aislamiento y la purificaci\u00f3n de sustancias bioqu\u00edmicas y farmac\u00e9uticas, as\u00ed como en el procesamiento de alimentos. La ZGC258FD presenta una alta capacidad de procesamiento de cationes divalentes y una muy alta eficiencia de regeneraci\u00f3n.
