Esta resina es verde esmeralda en su forma reducida (H) y se torna azul oscuro al descomponerse (Na). El cambio de color es muy pronunciado. La resina indicadora ZG BSL se utiliza principalmente para medir la conductividad cati\u00f3nica del vapor y el agua condensada en filtros de sedimentos mixtos a la salida. La resina indicadora se carga en un recipiente de intercambio transparente con un di\u00e1metro inferior a 50 mm, donde los minerales traza del agua pueden intercambiarse con el \u00e1cido, lo que aumenta significativamente la sensibilidad del monitoreo de cationes. Al mismo tiempo, el color de la resina cambia a azul oscuro al descomponerse, lo que indica el estado operativo del recipiente de intercambio.
