1. Description of ZG MPXF-4N:
ZGMPXF-4N is a resin consisting of powdered cationic resin (NH4+ form ) , powdered anionic resin (OH- form ) , and inert fiber. It is primarily used for condensate polishing, which is more effective than deep filter systems. Due to the rapid ion exchange rate, a thin resin layer can achieve the expected water quality and effectively remove significant amounts of colloidal contaminants (such as corrosion products) and immobile silica.
Powdered cationic resin and powdered anionic resin, mixed in varying proportions, are applied to the filler, ensuring the required condensate quality with optimal flow and safety.
We recommend that the powdered mixed resin quickly remove contaminants from the condensate during turbine commissioning, reducing commissioning costs.
