1. Description of ZG MPXF-6N:
ZGMPXF-6N is a resin blended with cationic resin powder (in the NH4+ form ) , anionic resin powder (in the OH- form ) , and inert fiber. It is primarily used for polishing condensate and is superior to deep-bed systems. Thanks to the high ion exchange rate, even a thin resin layer can achieve the desired water quality and effectively remove significant amounts of colloidal impurities (such as corrosion products) and insoluble silica.
Cationic and anionic resin powders, mixed in varying proportions, coat the filler material, achieving the desired condensate quality with optimal efficiency and safety.
We recommend using the blended resin powder during turbine start-up, as it quickly removes impurities from the condensate, reducing commissioning costs.
