1. Description of ZG MPXF-7H:
ZGMPXF-7H is a resin blended with a cationic resin powder (in the H + form ), anionic resin powder (in the OH- form ) , and inert fiber. Its primary purpose is condensate polishing, which is superior to deep-powder systems. Thanks to the rapid ion exchange rate, using a thin resin layer, it is possible to achieve the desired water quality and effectively remove significant amounts of colloidal impurities (such as corrosion products) and unregulated silica.
The cationic resin powder and anionic resin powder, mixed in varying proportions, coat the filler, achieving the desired condensate quality with optimal performance and safety.
It is recommended to use the blended resin powder during turbine startup to quickly remove impurities from the condensate, reducing startup costs.
