1. Description of ZG MPXF-4H:
ZGMPXF-4H is a resin consisting of a powdered cationic resin (H + form ), a powdered anionic resin (OH- form ) , and an inert fiber. It is primarily used for condensate polishing, preferring deep-bed systems. Rapid ion exchange with a thin resin layer helps achieve the desired water quality and effectively remove significant amounts of colloidal impurities (such as corrosion products) and inactive silica. The powdered cationic resin and powdered anionic resin are mixed in varying proportions and coated with a filler, achieving the desired condensate quality with optimal parameters and safety. We recommend using a powdered mixed resin during turbine startup to quickly remove impurities from the condensate, reducing commissioning costs.
