Description

1. Description:

Hydrolite brand ZGC 111 is a styrene-DVB-based resin with a sulfonic acid functional group. This resin, with high mechanical strength and capacity, was developed by ZEHNGGUANG specifically for use in lysine production. ZGC111 has excellent physicochemical properties, including resistance to wear, osmosis, pressure, and oxidation. It can be used in both aqueous and anhydrous environments. Under normal conditions, it can withstand 2,000-3,000 lysine extraction cycles, while its adsorption capacity exceeds 180 mg/ml for lysine, which is 50% higher than that of conventional gel-type cation exchange resins.
