Hydrolite ZGC 258FD is a cation-exchange resin containing a carboxyl group (-COOH) in a macroporous acrylic acid copolymer. It is primarily used for water softening, demineralization of drinking water in the food industry, particularly for the removal of bicarbonates, carbonates, and other basic salts, as well as for the purification and treatment of wastewater containing zinc and nickel, for the separation and purification of biochemical preparations, and more.
