PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONZGA 304 is a Type I strongly basic anion exchange resin with a quaternary ammonium structure based on polystyrene. It exhibits excellent regeneration efficiency and flushing properties. The resin has exceptional physical and chemical stability. It also exhibits good exchange kinetics, achieving very low concentrations of both strong and weak acid anions at practical flow rates. The resin is available in chloride or hydroxide forms.
ZGA 304 is commonly used for the production of pure and ultra-pure water, for sugar purification, and for the separation and purification of biochemical and radioactive elements.
ADVANTAGES AND CHARACTERISTICS ● FINE PARTICLE SIZE 95% of all particles are within the specified range, resulting in lower pressure drop and improved kinetics. ● HIGH CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL STABILITY Over 93% sphericity combined with high compressive strength and uniform particle size provide greater resistance to particle breakage, resulting in longer service life and reduced pressure drop. ● RESISTANCE TO ORGANIC CONTAMINATION AND HIGH OPERATIONAL CAPACITY The highly porous structure of ZGA 304 allows for the efficient removal and elution of large organic molecules. High overall capacity ensures high operational capacity during demineralization. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
